Once again I would like to thank you for this app since I have a bit to write on the forum but havent stopped using deluge. The improvement is significant and it is made in a relatively small amount of time.
I just wanted to ask if the Total Active: option is necessary in the preferences-> queue dialog/tab
If you set the upload and download the it is not necessary to set the total

Example:
6 max active, 3 max active downloads, 6 max active seeds
You only ever want 6 torrents running at a time, but sometimes you add torrents to download.. You add 1 torrent for download, you now have 1 download, 5 seeds.. you continue to add 2 more downloads and now have 3 downloads and 3 seeds.. You have guaranteed that you will always have at least 3 seeds any new downloads you add will be queued.
