The link on the Download page for Mandriva 32bit is invalid, but the file(s) is available at http://download.deluge-torrent.org/mandriva/2009/1.1.0/

Once downloaded, I found that I could not install due to an unresolved dependency, but that the actual requirement was fulfilled, just mislabeled. I was able to install anyway by ignoring dependencies.

[root@mymachine deluge_installation]# rpm -Uvh --force deluge-1.1.0-1.i586.rpm
warning: deluge-1.1.0-1.i586.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 2fc4c312
error: Failed dependencies:
pygtk2-libglade is needed by deluge-1.1.0-25.1.i586
[root@mymachine deluge_installation]# urpmi ftp://mirror.switch.ch/pool/3/mirror/mandrake/official/2009.0/i586/media/main/release/pygtk2.0-libglade-2.13.0-1mdv2009.0.i586.rpm
Package pygtk2.0-libglade-2.13.0-1mdv2009.0.i586 is already installed
[root@mymachine deluge_installation]# rpm -Uvh --nodeps deluge-1.1.0-1.i586.rpm
warning: deluge-1.1.0-1.i586.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 2fc4c312
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:deluge ########################################### [100%]

I had a similar problem:
# rpm -ivh deluge-1.1.1-1.i586.rpm
warning: deluge-1.1.1-1.i586.rpm: Header V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 2fc4c312
error: Failed dependencies:
pygtk2-libglade is needed by deluge-1.1.1-1.1.i586

but the dependency was satisfied:

# rpm -qa | grep pygtk2
pygtk2.0-libglade-2.13.0-1mdv2009.0
pygtk2.0-2.13.0-1mdv2009.0

When you install with the --force flag, does deluge then run correctly?
