deluge does not release the cdrom?

Hello,
i have run into a strange problem multiple times, that is, i cannot eject my cdrom drive, because it is used by a program. fuser says that only deluge uses it, which seems quite strange for me, since why would it use that? My platform is ubuntu intrepid latest (kernel 2.6.27-11-generic), I have experienced the error with the latest deluge 1.1.0rc2, but also with some earlier versions (1.0.x). I can reproduce the error, so if you need some other info, i can give that, thought i am not really sure if it is a deluge error, or a kernel one? ((The drive can be ejected without problems if i quit deluge and deluged.))
Br,
Robert
