when is the event=stop message sent? How can i manually send the event=stop message? Do i need to pause the torrent or shutdown the daemon?

Pausing the torrent or shutting down the session will send this event to the trackers.

How can I resend this message if it was timed-out? "Update tracker" seems not works...

The only way would be to resume the torrent and then pause it again.
