protocol overhead and peers tab

Peers tab shows some (fairly low) download speeds for peers actively downloading torrents I seed, I presume it counts protocol overhead. The only option which has something to do with it - 'rate limit ip overhead' on bandwidth tab - is off, and yet it is there. Not serious bug - just an annoyance.
