Download using Deluge

I have an XP SP3 machine FIOS connected. I normally run speeds up to 15 Mps download from some sites. Using this to get Fedora 10 I have been able to achieve only 35 Kps on average. Makes a long download on 1.3 Gig. Any suggestions as far as tuning the client?

Make sure you forward your port if that applies, and setting an upload limit so that you don't saturate your connection with upload bandwidth. You'd have to run a speed test and see what your maximum upload speed is, unless they quoted you the speed for your service in which case use about 80% of that as your limit in KB not Kb.
