We didnt want to do a release so close to our last fix, but Deluge had a security exploit which we had to fix right away. Sorry packagers

Changes:
* Fix remote exploit which could crash Deluge
* Fix high cpu spikes
* Fix torrent order between sessions
* Fix loading of BlocklistImport plugin

Looks pretty good.

Hey, this is very not a big deal but i noticed sometimes and not always, after the installer finishes it asks me if it installed properly. I think this is a vista issue, it happens sometimes with other programs too. Just wondering what thats all about, is there anything you can do about this?

hrm...i've seen this before while installing other programs, but i havent seen it while installing deluge. does it happen every time for you?

Not every time, the last 2 times if I recall correctly though.

Deluge still forgeting cloloumn width in peers tab.

I think it reamined also the cpu spikes bug. It has a lot of peak of 80-95% of cpu load

it seems to hang when loading blocklist for 30 seconds or so
