Python.exe is not working???

Recently deluge there's always a pop-up from my windows saying python.exe is not working. and then deluge is disconnnected automatically. Also i cannot use the internet eventho im connected to it and still can use yahoo messenger or google talk. Ive tried to uninstall, or upgrade to 1.0.4 but the problem still there.
