Installer Download Issue

Are all the older version disabled except the 1.0.4 ??
Or just the link is temporary down?
the 1.0.4 is very laggy on XP, i have no idea why the GUI freezeup every time its loaded, slow respond if its not freezed, freaking slow download & upload speed (within 100x bytes), and it takes up over 100mb of RAM per process(fresh installed, no torrents, no nothing)
0.5.9.4 seems to work fine but crashes sometime, funny thing is it doesnt even crashes on my friend's vista
however, with similar torrent, settings, no plugins like the 1.0.4 does, it can have higher download speed than 1.0.4
