while i too get the same download error as some other folks do :

Error in download_count on line 352.
./windows/0.5.8/deluge-0.5.8.exe is already defined.

i no longer can access the web through deluge web browser. i am getting the following error message:

this program cannot be displayed
(but i am on line)
the address bar reads: http://deluge-torrent.org/google_search.htm

it used to work but hasn't since January 11, for me at least, on both my pcs....
