Deluge Forum

Hi I am totally new to the world of downloading and am having problems. I have installed u torrent and despite what I try to download I get only 0.1 to 0.4 kbs speed and on most occasions it stops downloading. I have a brand new laptop and my new aol broadband connection is running at 3.5 mb speed. Could it be the router causing problems(netgear wireless) or a router setting?
