Incorrect stats for share ratios

I have a 1,4GB torrent.
Downloaded: 1.4 GiB
Uploaded: 142.7 MiB
Share Ratio: 0.991
Clearly either is wrong. I have this on many torrents.
Like another one.
Downloaded: 7.3 GiB
Uploaded: 1.0 GiB
Share Ratio: 0.463
Ubuntu 8.04 32-bit/Deluge 1.0.3r.

Is deluge reporting these incorrect ratios to the tracker? Or is it just a UI bug?

Yes, it's just the display, the actual uploaded and downloaded values sent to the tracker are correct.

Now that my stats have been screwed up, is there a way to edit some file to correct them ? Only reason I ask is because this is important for me to know whether I am maintaining enough ratio for private trackers.
Forgot to mention I'm using Windows version

Best way for those torrents affected is to watch the ratio on the private site.

The display should be correct in 1.0.4.. The values we use to calculate the ratio are stored in the .fastresume file.
