deluge-0.5.8.1 messes up the main window

Ubuntu 7.10 (with all the python and etc. shipped with it)
deluge-0.5.8.1-1.i386.deb, downloaded from the off-site.
After I restart deluge, it messes up my torrents' order in the main window and also loses previous tabs widths.
Temporarily downgraded to 0.5.8 (which checks for a newer version each time I launch it, even though I've turned this option off).

I have also found this to be true, and not only does it mess with the order of the torrents, it also does so with the columns' widths.
Also on Ubuntu Gutsy.

downgrading.
BTW , there's no easy way to get access to older packages from the site.

Why, there is such way: choose your distribution, copy the path to the newest version, for example:
http://download.deluge-torrent.org/inde ... .gutsy.deb
Substitute all the version numbers with the ones you need:
http://download.deluge-torrent.org/inde ... y/[b]0.5.8[/b]/&file=deluge-torrent_0.5.8-1_i386.gutsy.deb
- and the job is done.

that just download the latest version again, sorry
EDIT: didn't follow it right. yes it does fix it.
On another note, disabling update alerts doesn't work.

That's it - each version has it's own beautiful bugs! It's a pity we can't choose bugs we like - they are
hardcoded!

same here with the tab order
is it possible to deactivate the "#" tab? has no use for me, since i prefer a ratio-ordered system
happens on win xp

Menu bar > View > Columns
there's no such option, it seems.

it still messes up the torrents order 0.5.8.2 at least in vista build...

I coudn't say if the torrent order thing is fixed (as I only have 2 torrents at the moment), but the colum width issue has been solved.
