Webui Problems

deluge 0.5.9.1
I had deluge for a couple of days i love it i just have one problem
i can add torrents with the direct url the one like https://tracker.net/download.php/76858/ ... t?passkey=##########################
and that works great but if i download the .torrent file to my pc and try and add to via UPLOAD TORRENT
I get this error
Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again
Iv tried searching but cannot find anything relating to this any help would be very helpful
