bugs in Label plugin

Here are some bugs I found in Label plugin in webui.
1) by default label is disabled. I will get lots of warning messages in deluged.log as below :
[WARNING ] 01:02:33 pluginmanager:113 Status field tracker_host is not registered with the PluginManager.

2) Left hand column for labels does not appear without label plugin turned on.
3) Turn on label plugin and I will see links to customize label. Since I do not have label setup yet, clicking on Labels will cause error in deluge.
4) Click back to Home listing page and deluge will start announcing like mad to all trackers.
5) Turn off label and announcement to trackers will go back to normal.
6) With label off, I still can see label menu and the label icon in homepage (looks like little sun next to little move button). Log off and log on again doesn't help. Still there. If I enable and disable label again, another label button will appear.
7) With label plugin off, going into the home page will show again the pluginmanager errors.
