Damn traffic shaping..

Still unfortunately being shaped..

Here's a ss of the same files downloading with same settings at different times,

With my ISP, midnight till 5pm is unshaped.. So the first ss was taken in the morning during none traffic shaped hours.

This second ss was taken a few minutes ago, after 5pm which is when my ISP starts shaping traffic again.. Look at the difference..

(remember, same file, same settings, Although Upload settings are diff, it doesn't matter because nobody is really uploading from me)

The before up speed is set different, 47 v. 20.

It probably is nothing you can do however, your ISP is probably 'saving money' by slowing down the upload speed at least as it was said in the other thread... unless you switch to a different ISP.

be happy u get those speeds.. My ISP only goes up to 2mb connection in hawaii and i hardly see me over 180kib/s but im happy deluge has finally cracked my ISP in the FACE
