it show ''Alert: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (HTTP code=-1, times in a row=2).
i don't understand what it mean. please help me.

it means the tracker denied your ip. the tracker might require you to log into their site first...or you're banned.

or, if you tried to connect too many times in a row... it will fix itself eventually, if you leave it alone.
