Deluge, MoBlock-NFQ and Tor

I have a question about staying anonymous while using Deluge: If I am running MoBlock and routing tracker and DHT data through Tor, will traffic to 'bad' IPs be dropped even if it goes through Tor? Or will MoBlock be bypassed completely since Tor runs on localhost, which isn't monitored?.

For reference's sake, I'm running Ubuntu Gutsy with Deluge 0.5.8, Tor 0.1.2.18 and MoBlock-NFQ 0.8-30.

i dont think moblock will block it, but i'm not 100% (i've never used moblock). you should look into using deluge's blocklist plugin.
