So are there any news on the horizon? I see plenty of abandoned posts with the same issue that got no attention. I tried libtorrent 1.0.3.0 but to no avail. I think the default configuration is faulty, but with so many options to toggle, it's very hard to track down the root of the issue.
Other bittorrent clients, even those with the same library under the hood, work out of the box.
