Could very well be the fix for all those XP users out there. Why didn't we think of this before?

doubtful that this will be the fix for it, it might help some users.
I run CCleaner nearly every day and I still get the odd Visual C++ Runtime Library Error,
although only after extended periods of time.

Did you run the registry cleaner? This seems to have fixed a few other things for me too.

yes I did run the registry cleaner with all options enabled.
I'm not saying it didn't work for you, I'm just saying that I doubt it will work for everyone.

For two (2) weeks I am unable to use Deluge client. The program went down on it startup. Tried everything, from upgrade to downgrade, having the careful to make clean installs (uninstall --> reboot --> registry clean --> app data folder delete --> reboot --> install).
Nothing have worked. Deluge seems to stop working in any version. The version that worked last with me (deluge-0.5.9.3) still no working for 2 weeks.
Does anyone can help me solve this issue? Is possible I still believe that Deluge will start working again soon?
