Sorry I'm a bit confused, what do you mean "won't continue to seed from the Ramdrive", I thought you were seeding after moving to harddrive?

Whilst the copying is taking place, I wanted to carry on seeding via the Ram-drive, then when the copying has finished, continue seeding via the hard drive.

Ok. As you say it doesn't seem to make sense so I think you need to ask the libtorrent developer about this because high performance issues with libtorrent are not really my territory.
