I notice you've incorporated this fix:

I cant get this plugin and it gives me error : The selected attachment does not exist anymore.

The version at the beginning of the thread is dead. You need the one from the last post on page two. The source can be found at GitHub here:

Is this plugin still valid? I can't download it. I am having frustrating issues with deluge scheduling and thought I would try this one instead.

This has been fixed as it was a permission issue with some forum attachments but you should also see the previous post...
