I certainly do. There is both the headers plugin, and the cookies plugin for that purpose. I recommend poking around in the flexget wiki for some plugins/examples to help you with your config. Also, there are often people, including me, at #flexget on freenode who are willing to lend a hand if you need more help with your config.
