Slow speed with no download limits

Actually, can someone with the poor speed issues try building it with this copy of libtorrent: http://deluge-torrent.org/lt.tar.bz2 ? Just extract it into your source folder so it overwrites the current libtorrent folder and rebuild. I have ported a patch from libtorrent trunk to change the way protocol overhead is calculated.

how should I do to apply this patch in Windows Vista? I am not very expert..

Unless you know how to build deluge in windows, then I don't suggest even trying..

Actually I don't know how to this but it seems to me that it is enough to download the source code, unzip it, overwrite the libtorrent folder, install a python compiler and run setup.py..am I missing something? Do I need to uninstall deluge before doing this? If it is just this I think I can do it but maybe I am just saying nonsense..

We use visual studio to build deluge now..

ok..thats why I continue to get errors..I guess I should just wait for the next release then..

Ok, an option has been added that allows you to turn off IP overhead rate limiting. This will effectively change Deluge's behaviour to the same as it was with 0.5.x.

This will be in the next release.
