What's the reason for this being left out? Seems like a straight forwards thing to include.

Defiantly now need this supported
5 of my Trackers have now gone strictly magnet link !!!
guess many are really getting scared over all these LAW suits for hosting Torrent files
( not that I see the Difference in magnet links .. still hosting a file .. just smaller )

Magnet link support was added to the web ui in Deluge 1.3.4: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/ChangeLog#WebUI1
