yes, I ran a deluge -v and could verify that it is running libtorrent 0.16.13

I filed a bug with libtorrent https://code.google.com/p/libtorrent/is ... 1390248313 and posted the question to the libtorrent discussion mail list. Lets see if anything comes out of this.

Installation trouble on nas4free/FreeBSD 9.2
