Can't make new labels in GTK UI (Win7/8)

Nothing happens. Running Windows 7, Deluge 1.3.6.

If the torrent doesn't have a label then what do you expect to happen?

Sorry. I was under the impression you could add a label later after the download had already started.

If you create a label then you can assign it to a torrent, right-click on the label sidebar.

Edit: Okay this is pretty awesome.

Sorry I should have read where it said that in the plugin install box.
