Updated macports etc, uninstalled deluge and reinstalled latest version, now i get a new error :

maxime:~ Maxime$ deluge-2.7 &

maxime:~ Maxime$ [ERROR   ] 18:49:28 ipcinterface:156 Deluge restart failed: Couldn't listen on any:/Users/Maxime/.config/deluge/ipc/deluge-gtk: Cannot acquire lock.

no idea of what is going on. Thanks Cas for trying !

can you enable debug logging please and don't fork it to background.

What do you mean by don't fork it to background ?
Also how do I enable logging on mac ? I remember that for ubuntu we had to change the init script, don't think that could be the case for mac

Using '&' forks the application to the background.

Also before starting the app, delete /Users/Maxime/.config/deluge/ipc/deluge-gtk
