I've updated plugin again. Added security-related configuration and commands.
Configuration:
View password -- Use 'pass <password>' command to allow view commands for this jid
View whitelist -- Users in this list are allowed to use view commands without sending password.
If password is empty - only users on whitelist will be allowed to communicate with bot, it will be silent to all others.
If password and whitelist are empty - everyone will be allowed to use view commands (prev version behavior)
Control password and whitelist -- analogous to view, but allows control commands (url, start notify, stop notify)
If control's password and whitelist are empty -- only users in 'notify' list will be allowed to use control commands (prev version behavior)

New commands:
start notify -- (control) Add user to notify list
stop notify -- (control) Remove user from notify list

Its great that you have updated the plugin and I will be trying it out, thanks.

I have a few points, could you increase the version number as this will easily confuse users and also could you edit your first post with the new plugin attachment as most people will not realise a newer version exists further down the thread.

I can not run this plugin. Deluge version - 1.3.3. What should I do?

I have python 2.6 (and I install the version of this plugin for python 2.6). Installing the plugin is successful (it appears in the list). But when i press on this plugin in plugins-list, information about it is not shown. And when I put a check on the plugin, then when I click "Apply" checkbox disappears.

I have not found any issue with XMPPNotify 0.2.1 and Deluge 1.3.3. You will need to enable Deluge logging to find why the plugin does not start.

Make sure any old versions of the plugin are deleted from your config and Deluge has been restarted.

Sorry, but... How do I remove the plugin?..

The egg file will be in your config. Where does Deluge store its settings config

I removed the plugin, I rebooted the deluge. The plugin does not work. Install it, it is displayed in the plugin list, I put a check on this plugin, check it disappears after 1 second. Other plugins work fine.
