And it looks like someone has updated the userguide too

I added a line with an additional login:pass and auth_level 1 to ~/.config/deluge/auth, but can't connect to daemon with this login:pass.
Same daemon with other login:pass and auth_level 5 let me to connect.

What's wrong? How can I add ReadOnly access to daemon?

Same in Russian:
Я добавил новую строку с другим логин-паролем и auth_level 1 в ~/.config/deluge/auth, перезапустил демона, но подключиться с этими параметрами не могу. Тот же сервер с auth_level 5 к себе пускает. На скриншоте это видно.
Что делать? Как подключиться к демону в readonly?
