I am a new user of Deluge although I have used various other BT programs.
When my d/loads complete and status changes to seeding all uploading activity ceases. It does connect to some peers but there is no upload activity at all so it appears I cannot upload unless I am downloading
I have forwarded my port and when I test it says it is active.
I had the same problems and listed below is my queue settings
General:
Queue new torrents to top = unchecked
Active Torrents:
Total Active = 8
Total Active Downloading = 5
Total Active Seeding = 5
Do Not Count Slow Torrent = unchecked
Seeding
Share Ratio Limit = 2.00
Seed Time Ratio = 7.00
Seed Time(m) = 100
Stop seeding when ratio reaches = 2.00 / checked
Remove Torrent when share ratio reached = unchecked
So, could you guide me how to make a setup so that i will be able to seeds as im leeching.
Thanks in Advance.

There is no version 0.12.4 of libtorrent... Please make sure you are either using the libtorrent included with our source tarballs or the latest libtorrent release, 0.14.4.
I am using Open Geu (Ubuntu 8.10) and just upgraded to Deluge 1.1.9. My version of libtorrent is the most recent one as of a few days ago, and I have 15 torrents that claim to be "seeding" yet show no activity. So how do I get them to seed (and not ruin my stats) or seed them from another program (and not ruin my stats). I appreciate that keeping apps like this going is hard work, but presently its functionality is akin to owning a car that lacks reverse (and living someplace with pull in only parking) Any ideas to get this fixed?
I think I finally figured this one out for you guys. I was having the same issue. I would download a linux iso file, but as soon as it finished dling it would que up and I would never upload anything. I needed all my files to seed all the time. Just go to your preferences>que and change your total active, total active seeding, share ratio limit, seed time ratio and seed time to -1.
