Adding torrents through the WebUI

I am using Deluge 1.1.8 with the WebUI in Windows 7 RC x64. I have deluge installed, and can add torrents through the GTK UI, as well as any other operations I care to apply. When I run the webUI, I can see the added torrents, and configure everything, however I cannot add any torrents. I click add, and then go through adding the torrent, but the torrent never appears in the window.

Any ideas?

-- I have also tried making sure there are no permissions issues by running the webUI as administrator. It is still happening.
