PortableApps.com are soon to bring you...

Deluge Portable!

Myself, Patrick Patience, and many other PortableApps users have almost made a beta of a portable deluge.

Features include:

- Settings are not stored in Doc's & Settings -But in your USB Drive
- Constantly updated
- Run Deluge right off the USB drive.
- And much, much more!

Ill keep you posted and will give you guys a link when the next beta comes out!

Deluge Portable 0.5.8.6 Development Test 1 (BETA) is out NOW for Windows users of Deluge. Its great for people who use the PortableApps Suite, or just want to be able to run it portably!! Check out these links for more info!

Great, I can give you the Beta release if you like on freenode (.net, i seem to remember) before anyone else.

Any news on this issue (as of Jan 2009)? I am not so much interested in having a portable Deluge server/daemon, but only a portable Deluge client...

This will likely be much easier once 1.2 is released since it can run in a total standalone mode with no separate daemon process.
