Change random port without restarting client?

Post by Psychopump »

Hi all,

I use the random port feature to baffle my ISPs attempts of throttling my torrents.
So, every time I start the client I check if the random port is open or not (normally 50/50 chance). If it is, fine - but if not I need to restart the client to try another port.

Is there any way to select another random port without restarting the client?

Manual way:
  1. Uncheck random
  2. Hit apply
  3. Check random
  4. Hit apply
Automatic way:
use autoport plugin: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Plugins/autoport
