resolution changing when opeining torrents?

weird thing happening as of today, everytime i initialize deluge it is changing my screen resolution to 640 x 480 ..... its weird, it didnt happen until i was trying to change the shortcut on my desktop to the

//program files/deluge/deluge python/deluge.exe (or whatever) ....

cuz the shortcut being pointed to deluge.cmd isnt working or auto opening.....

any ideas?

actually im not sure whats going on...now what it is doing is its switching over into the BIG resolution as the .cmd thing starts up, then it seems to (mostly) resize the screen back to my normal resolution...

nevermind i fixed it this morning, I ran the Win7 compatibility checker on it when the shortcut on my desktop wasnt opening up deluge -- apparently that changed the "start this programs with the resolution of" setting to 640 x 480 - i changed it back, and made the directory back to deluge.cmd and then the shortcut seemed to work...
