Add ability to kick a peer

Well, sometimes peers only downloading at high speed, has more data than you and upload nothing or almost nothing. So, in this case "kick peer" feature would be useful.

Exactly what i came to the site to suggest,I couldn't agree more i third it

upon thinking,. being able to reduce the bandwidth a peer is gaining to say 1.0kB might send them the message, when it jumps each time they start sharing.the ability to send a message to the peer might help and would be cool to thank seeds.

would you want to kick them only for that torrent, or ban them?

there is the ip blocklist, and im guessing it wouldn't be too hard to add to that plugin some way to take an ip off of peers list and add it to the blocklist.

I think that it should add the IP to the Blocklist
