I think, not to put them in that deluge directory, rather just directly on C. Delete the .download and .cache just in case and make sure to point it to the local file either pipfilter or nipfilter.

That's no more necessary(anyway also with your proposed solution i was unlikely lack of clue) :) . I'm fierce for those guys who work intensely on code :D . 1.1.2v is a great step forward .Gui now is more responsive than ever before. Keep it high that's the way to go(sincerely i was ready to go out and keep utorrent for my wife and my childrens).Now is time to go on and play it ;)
