[bug] column sizes no longer saved

In previous versions of Deluge, the changed sizes of the columns were changed. This is no longer the case: it instead extends to the biggest size possible. Some of my torrents have long names so it takes up a lot of the space where I'd normally see Size, Progress etc. and I have to manually resize it every time I start Deluge.

I have the Label plugin turned on, no other ones.
