WebUI dissapeared

I have just upgraded to 1.1.0 from 1.0.3. Now my WebUI is not accesible - all I get is an error. Is there any way I can fix this?
I use Deluge on Ubuntu 8.04 i386

Actually today after a server reboot everything worked. How strange.
I use Deluge on Ubuntu 8.04 i386
