Very angry!!
1.02 is a junk!
I'm on Ubuntu 8.04 x86-32, deluge v.0.5.8.9 in reps, everything is OK.
Upgraded from this site up to date. And now again there is an old problem with rechecking all the torrents after every reboot. I'm start thinkin' that hell just freezes up before this bug 'd be fixed
Lost 250gb+ torrents (approximately an hour to recheck 'em all) and downgraded to 0.5.8.9. and will stay on it (((
Nope, thanx a lot Anyway, in Ubuntu reps Deluge is still v.0.5.8.9, while there is a v.1.0.3 on this site. Normally, ubuntu-creators try to keep its reps up to date, but in case of Deluge they don't. Maybe there is a reason for it? ))
Finally decided to try 1.04 on fresh Ubuntu 8.10 -- same thing. 80% active torrents go recheck after system restart, other don't hell knows why. With it's damn full reservation my torrent folder totally lost its order and disk almost full-- many thanks for that
I feel some incompatibility between deluge 0.5 series and 1.0. Maybe after uninstallation of 0.5.9.3 deluge 1.04 still uses it configs or fastresume files in wrong way?!
After all 0.5.9.3 from Ubuntu repos works fine...

Can you check the daemon logs upon restart to see if the fastresume files are being rejected? and the reason?
Configs and fastresume-files are in /.config/deluge , right?
There is deluged.log. For all festresume files found strings:
[DEBUG ] 03:07:09 alertmanager:101 fastresume_rejected_alert: Numb3rs-2 fast resume rejected: file size for 'Numb3rs-2/numb3rs.s02e01.avi' was expected to be 377163776 bytes
There is many other interesting strings, so is it what you asked?
About allocation... I use russian language, so do you mean the reservation mode in prefs-->downloads? If so, I use full reservation for torrents as its recommended.
By the way, in addition to download progress deluge 1.0.4 don't save columns order and any visual changes that I do. Seems like deluge simply do not or can not store it because of security permissions or other reasons.
Maybe i should delete /.config/deluge at all to force its creation by 1.0.4?
I have the same problem with the 1.02 version and after updating to 1.03 version the situation is the same...rechecking after reboot and deleting downloaded torents (not all of them)....Im using Win Xp SP3....Im connected trought a wirelles router...any ideas??? The port is forwarded corectly... my previous torent client worked perfectly (not deluge)
Im afraid to update to 1.04.....
Any solutions???
I've deleted /.config/deluge to force its clear creation.
No effect.
Update: Deluge don't only recheck torrents. Part of them start downloading again!! Deluge don't even see that they completed and there is a full file!!!
And I have two base catalogs for torrents. Should I say that deluge after reboot use only default path for all torrents (and then begin download)?
