Is Deluge supposed to somenow change its TCP/UDP port when one that it uses becomes unavailable?

only on program start. if we try to bind to a port that's taken, we move on to try the next port in the port range that you assigned deluge.

I see....is there any plans for making this dynamic. For example in azureus you have NAT error. Usually I fix that by changing to a different port...then running a test. When test passes that means I got a good port and am not being blocked by ISP.
Maybe someday Deluge will be able to determine that its port is being blocked or limited...and switch to a new one?

Thanks for the reply.
