Deluge reporting incorrect ratio?

Deluge reporting incorrect ratio?
Deluge just got banned from http://www.bt.xbox-sky.com. I complained in their forums and the smart ass admin had this to say. "Its Banned get over it, dam client was giving everyone credit for uploading when they didnt, Is that why you miss it ?" Don't know if it's true or not just thought I'd report it.
