bug with partial downloads

I have a torrent thats partially downloaded and no longer downloading but partially seeding. On the UI however it is shown as "Finished". I thought there was a bug and it wasn't seeding at first but it is.

I think it would be more clear if partial seeds were shown as seeding.

seeding refers to when you have all the files and are uploading to peers, however this is not the case, seeing you have only some of the files. hence you have "finished" downloading but aren't technically "seeding".
