Supporting Russian file names in Deluge 1.0.0_RC6

When I opening torrent and try to save torrent content to directory which contains Russian file names, torrent not added to torrents list. In RC5 it works. My OS is Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy.

Is there anyway you can send me the torrent file so that I may try it here?

You can get any torrent file, but you should try to save content in directory which contains Russian chars. In torrent file there is no Russian chars.
