Where to enable proxy support in deluge 0.9.0.6

Where to enable proxy support to make deluge go thru a proxy? in the preferences i can only see: downloads,network,bandwidth,interface,other,daemin,queue,plugins. Where did it go? or isit removed in the latest release?

It'll be in 1.1.0.
