Deluge
It's happened a few times now that Deluge just deletes what it has just downloaded... twice now i've gone from 11% to 85%, closed and restarted Deluge to find i'm back down to 11%.
I just installed the latest but i think i was using 9.03 while this was happening.. will see if it happens again in 9.05
