Deluge Doesn't save my settings

Just upgraded to Deluge 0.9.0.04 on Ubuntu Hardy, and for some reason, it does not save any settings I change and immediately resorts back to default settings, when I hit the apply button.

Any ideas?

Your home folder is read-only?
