importing blocklists from local filesystem

Hi:

First off, may I say, Deluge is the best and fastest client that I have ever used and I don't think there been many I havent tried on Windows or Linux so please keep on developing.

The only thing, I cannot work out is how in the world you import a blocklist file into deluge from the local filesystem as a want to use Block List Manager to compile my personal blocklist rather than an automatically generated one.

Failing that could someone please provide me with some urls to the p2p blocklists used by peergaurdian 2 as I cannot use it on my x64 vista box, currently.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
