Feature Request: Timed bandwidth settings

I use Deluge with Ubuntu.

For those of us who have broadband with peak and off-peak timings, it would be helpful to be able to set different bandwidths for 2 time periods.

At present, I don't know of any torrent client that offers this.

Is this realistic?

Deluge does support this. Just install a plugin called Scheduler.
