Not able to open files with foreign letters

So far I have been impressed with deluge, besides the constant crashing, it runs wonderfully. I wish I could give you better information on what happens when it crashes. Might be a good idea to add some debug tools or download something to add them so the users on windows can help debug for you. =)

So here's my problem. I have a file like the following

Celluloïd Mata - Sable [Ant-Zen, 2000] (V0).torrent

And it is unable to open up in deluge. It opens up the deluge client, but never asks me where to save it as usual. I renamed the file to

something.torrent

And this opened fine.

This is on Deluge 0.5.9.1.

Just looked at the source. Seems this has been fixed in a newer release.
